Timesheet & Calendar

Track your work hours with Timesheets and manage team schedules with the Calendar. These modules help you stay organized and ensure accurate time reporting.

Timesheet

Go to Timesheet in the Super Dashboard sidebar to log your daily work hours.

Logging Time

Select a date

Choose the date you want to log time for. You can navigate between days using the date picker.

Add time entries

Click Add Entry and fill in:
  • Activity Type — What kind of work (development, meeting, support, etc.)
  • Work Type — Category of work
  • Hours — How many hours you spent
  • Description — Brief note about what you did
  • Task/Ticket — Link to a specific task or ticket (optional)

Save or submit

Click Save to save as draft, or Submit to send for approval.

Timesheet Status

StatusMeaning
DraftSaved but not submitted — you can still edit
SubmittedSent for manager approval — waiting for review
ApprovedManager approved your timesheet
RejectedManager rejected — check comments and resubmit

Using Templates

If you do similar work every day, save your time entries as a template. Next time, just apply the template and adjust the hours — no need to fill everything from scratch.

Tip
Submit your timesheet daily or weekly to avoid last-minute rushes. Your manager can only approve timesheets that have been submitted.

Timesheet Manager (For Managers)

If you are a manager, go to Timesheet Manager in the Super Dashboard sidebar to review your team's timesheets:

Timesheet Manager View

Timesheet Manager with summary cards (Total, Draft, Waiting, Approved, Rejected, Overdue)
  • View all team timesheets — See who has submitted, who is pending
  • Approve or reject — Review entries and approve/reject with comments
  • Filter by user, date, or status — Find specific timesheets quickly
  • View totals — See aggregated hours by person, project, or department

Calendar

Go to Calendar in the sidebar to view your team's schedule. For a schedule view of tasks and tickets by date, use the Calendar view in Tasks Manager — see Tasks & Projects for details.

Calendar Views

Switch between different views:

  • Month View — See the full month at a glance
  • Week View — Detailed weekly schedule
  • Day View — Hour-by-hour view for a single day

Managing Events

  • Create events — Click a date or time slot to add a new event
  • Edit events — Click an existing event to modify it
  • Holidays — Public holidays and company holidays are marked automatically
  • Department calendars — View calendars filtered by department
Holidays
Administrators can configure company holidays and public holidays. These appear automatically on everyone's calendar.
