Tasks & Projects
Tasks and Projects help you plan, organize, and track work beyond individual tickets. Use projects to group related work, and tasks for individual action items with deadlines, assignments, and progress tracking.
Tasks Manager
Go to Tasks Manager in the Super Dashboard sidebar to see all tasks. Just like tickets, you can view tasks in a table, Kanban board, or calendar view.
Kanban View
Switch to the Kanban view to see tasks organized by stage: To Do, In Progress, Review, and Completed. Each card shows the task ID, title, assignee, due date, progress bar, priority, and status (e.g., Overdue, days left). Drag and drop tasks between columns to update their status. Use the Filters, date range, and search to narrow down the list.
Calendar View
Switch to the Calendar view to see tasks and tickets on a weekly schedule. The calendar shows:
- Week view — Tasks and tickets arranged by day and hour (e.g., 7 am–12 pm). Navigate with the arrows or use Start Date, Week, and Today buttons.
- Time axis — Hours are shown in your company timezone (e.g., GMT+00).
- Weekend vs weekday — Weekends are marked as non-working; weekdays show working hours.
- Task cards — Each card shows ID, title, assignee, progress (%), priority, due date, and status (e.g., Overdue by 1d, days left). Tasks linked to tickets show a Ticket button.
- Filters — Use the Filters dropdown, search, date range (This Week, custom range), and Prefs to refine what you see.
Click the + Task or + Ticket buttons to create new items. You can drag tasks to different time slots to reschedule them.
