Contact Types

Go to Contact Types to manage the categories available for contacts. Common types include:

  • Customer — External clients
  • Person — Individual contacts
  • Group — Group of related contacts
Tip
Use tags to segment contacts for easy filtering. For example, tag VIP customers, contacts in a specific region, or contacts related to a particular project.

Searching & Filtering

Use the search bar to find contacts by name, email, or phone number. You can also filter by company, type, status, and tags.

Deleting Contacts
Deleted contacts are soft-deleted (hidden but not permanently removed). If you need to restore a contact, contact your administrator.
